Services
Regardless of the approach taken, the mediation services provided leverage the powerful tools of awareness, acceptance, presence, patience and non-judgment. Understanding that resolution may take time, mediators guide participants to embrace the process and allow the unfolding of discussions at their own pace, fostering deeper understanding and collaboration. Participants are also encouraged to approach the process without preconceived notions or judgments about each other, which can be difficult. By creating a space where parties can accept their feelings and the reality of the conflict, mediation fosters a constructive dialogue that is rooted in authenticity. Mediators will facilitate the release of unhelpful (albeit usually self-protective) attachments to grievances and negative emotions. This process allows for a more solution-oriented mindset, promoting the possibility of moving forward in a positive direction.
